The handwriting on some of these death certificates was very difficult to read. I compared the handwriting
on different certificates to determine my best guess on the names.  If I still wasn't sure then I added a
question mark.  There may be other information that I did not transcribe on the certificates, but I
transcribed the fields that I thought would be the most useful. The actual images can be found at the
